Never place an home delivery order with them if you are really hungry. They have advertised to deliver in 30 minutes but after accepting the order the delivery time was changed to 60 minutes and then 15 minutes later, the delivery time was changed to 90 minutes which is totally unacceptable and they were least concerned to inform me about the cause of delay. This was the first time I ordered with them and wanted to experience their food and service. They terribly disappointed me and will never every order with them. Later when I went through the reviews in the app, many people have experienced the same with them.

Was there on September 2nd, 2020 with a companion. According to my request, one ingredient was left out, in exchange I wanted another. This was calculated. You should have said that when you placed your order, as the ingredients couldn't be exchanged. Unfortunately not the only drawback, a shame.

Great place to order food from. They make a great burger to be sure, and I'm American so I enjoy good burgers. They're also spot on with modifications every time 👍🏻 Always quick to deliver and good quality!

Usually ok. But we had to wait 40 minutes for 1 soup and 1 salad. 5 people working there and 2 other customers.

We had food delivered, 2 citizens and 2 drinks. The burgers looked like a roller coaster and the chips freaky and cold. In addition, the drinks were missing. I'm dissatisfied ... Quality looks different

After we waited for our food for over 1 1/2 hours (unfortunately there was no rough time estimate in advance), some of the food was missing and sometimes wrong things were delivered. The supplier (helpful to the extent possible) then tried to clarify the matter with his boss. The only courtesy was to take the food back and deliver it again. Since we didn't want to wait another 1 1/2 hours, we declined thanks. We were handled very unfriendly on the phone. I can only advise against it. We never order there again. (Unfortunately you have to assign at least one star to Google.)

Cozy place to drink beer at late night

So we were there a few times now. The week offers are awesome. Price / performance ratio is extremely strong. The staff and owners are accommodating and the food tastes really good. Especially the schnitzel which are freshly prepared are highly recommended, as are the burgers. All in all, highly deserved 5 stars!
